Betty - Executive Director

Following her years as a stay-at-home mom, Betty trained in Administration and Accounting and worked in several accounting positions. During the 1980’s she completed two years of Bible School, two years of Pastoral Ministry Training and two years of Counselling. After studying marketing, she worked in sales for fourteen years until she and Hank founded the Den in 2000. Betty graduated from Spiritual Direction in 2018. She is a teacher, mentor, prayer facilitator and overseer of the pastoral ministry at the Den.

Hank - Office Manager

Hank comes from a forty year career in agriculture and long distance truck driving as well as a background in Business Administration from Red River Community College. He has had two years each of Bible School and of Pastoral Ministry Training in the 1980’s. He is currently in his final year of training with Sustainable Faith in Spiritual Direction. While managing the office at the Den, he also ministers to individuals in both Lifestyle Ministry and Spiritual Direction.

Lis - Director of Member Care

Being a fulltime stay at home mom was always a priority for Lis. Lis has also worked at various employment positions in the medical and educational field, including several years in a chiropractic clinic, dental office and some years as a TA and many years of volunteer work. In 2011 Lis joined the Den staff. She has taken training in Transformational Prayer, Immanuel Prayer, Lifestyle Ministry, and facilitates prayer two days a week at the Den. Lis’ role is to ensure each individual is being paired with the right team to ensure their best possible experience in ministry.

Robin - communications and donations co-Ordinator

Beginning as a stay at home mom, Robin then worked in various roles including Government, Educational Assistant, and Home Care. She joined the Den as a volunteer 15 years ago, then moved into a staff position 9 years ago. Robin has trained in Transformation Prayer, Immanuel Prayer, is currently training in Lifestyle Ministry and has begun co-facilitating in Lifestyle Ministry. Robin serves in the Den office in a variety of capacities including admin. work, communications, donations and appointment co-ordinator.
